1. Eligibility
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is delivered.
2. Damaged Product Cases
If the product is found damaged upon delivery, customers must submit an unboxing video as proof within 24 hours of receiving the order. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.
If verified, a replacement may be issued at our discretion.
3. Non-Eligibility
Products without unboxing proof, altered, washed, or used items are not eligible for return or exchange.
