At Cadila Fashion, each product is crafted with care and goes through quality checks before dispatch. However, we understand that issues may arise during delivery.

1. Return & Refund

We do not accept any return or refund unless the product is damaged at the time of delivery.
To claim a refund, the customer must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened for the first time.

If the video evidence is satisfactory, we will either:

• Issue a replacement product, or
• Process a refund (depending on stock availability).

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.

2. Exchange Policy

Exchange is only applicable if the wrong product or size has been delivered, and the item is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased on sale, custom-made items, or accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable.
