Born in Ahmedabad by Dhanlaxmi Enterprise, Cadila was built on the belief that comfort is a woman’s quiet strength. Every garment we create blends softness, confidence, and lasting quality, helping her feel as good as she looks.

Our Founder
Cadila began its journey in 1985 under the vision of Pitambardas Bhomraj Rathi. What started as a humble trading brand soon revealed a bigger purpose — the need to bring better quality, better products, and better value to customers. Driven by this commitment, we built our very first manufacturing unit, marking the beginning of a legacy rooted in excellence.
Today, that legacy is carried forward with pride by his three sons — Mr. Shyam Rathi, Mr. Harish Rathi, and Mr. Kishore Rathi — along with his younger brother Mr. Tejprakash Rathi. Together, they uphold the same values of quality, integrity, and craftsmanship that Cadila was founded on, guiding the brand into a new era with the same pride and purpose.

Equipped with hi-tech machines from Taiwan, Germany, Italy, Japan, and Singapore.
Capable of producing Rib, Interlock, Drop Interlock, Auto Stripes, Jacquard, and Jersey fabrics.
Specialized in knitting cotton combed, carded, and polyester blends from 60 GSM to 250 GSM.
Ensures consistent texture, durability, and premium fabric quality right from the yarn stage.
Features advanced German open-width machines for mercerizing, dyeing, pre-shrinking, and compacting.
Fully supported by a Reverse Osmosis system, allowing recycled water to be used for irrigation — eco-friendly and sustainable.
Includes soft-flow, winch dyeing, drying machines, and fabric compactors for flawless finishing.
Production capacity of 100 tons per month, delivering rich, long-lasting, uniform colors.
