All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In case of high order volume or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

• Within Gujarat: 2–4 business days
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days
• Remote or Rural Areas: Up to 10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier service availability, festive seasons, or unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on orders above the amount specified on our website.
• For smaller orders, standard delivery charges will apply and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with your tracking ID and courier details. You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.

5. Address & Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are entered correctly during checkout. Cadila Fashion will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If the courier is unable to deliver due to your unavailability, they will attempt re-delivery or contact you before returning the parcel to us.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We will verify and assist with a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. International Shipping

At present, Cadila Fashion ships only within India. International orders are not supported yet.
